the art of feeling

One of the many ways to define feeling is: the condition of being aware. I like this one for todays blog.
How often do I touch and not feel? Being void of awareness of what it is Im touching. Kinda reminds me of the tissue comercial, touch, touch, touch, feeel... right? Today I am going to dedicate myself to taking my time, being aware of the things I touch so that I may realy feel them. When I hug my husband, I'm going to feel what hes sending out, I want to have that awareness. Also in turn, I am going to be aware of what it is Im sending out for others around me, what energy will I be expressing? I guess that means Im gonna feel myself. So what have you been touching? and what have you been feeling?

try this, sometimes we realy don't know what energy we are sending out. focus your current feeling to your fingertips and touch another person...ask them what they felt. Its amazing because when both are realy focused the energy transfer is strong and noticeable. Avoid sending negative energy though...
