I have been in another place the last few days...
the land of twilight, the series by stephenie meyer. All I can say is....read them! I could not put them down! Im being forced to wait until this weekend to read the last 2 books.... which is realy ok, since I havent gotten much else done in the last 3 days. Seriously...I read the first 2 books in barely 3 days....they are so well written I was realy barely present in my home... I allowed myself to be taken into these books in full completion...sleep barely graced my lids as i just kept reading, easily viewing the best stories in my mind. The kind of vivid mental viewing that surpasses the ability of even the best made movie. I watched the movies first to be sure I would not be disapointed in them after reading the books...I dont think I would have been though. Despite the fact that the books are way better(arent they allways?) the movies are far from dissapointing, other than the fact that watching the movies has given Gabby an excuse not to read the books.
I give the books 5 stars and in relation to the books the movies get 4 1/2 stars... they follow the books as good as I can immagine would be possible without them being far to long for most people.
ok, so this is more a review than a blog, but thats ok for today... I cant keep my thoughts far from the story line just yet...they are that good!
