The womens retreat was great! I got to know a lot of wonderful ladies. There was lots of gabbing and a little alone/reflection time and I loved the beauty of the grounds. The biggest thing I took from there is the affirmation that it is my responsibility to maintain my relationships and to lift up those aroun me when they need a lift. I realy love how God uses many things durring phases in our lives to realy send home the message, you know?
Looky what jack frost left on my car window sunday!!!
We went to Brown County state park to see all the fall colors. We were not dissapointed...
Poor Gabby had an uneventful B-day... she got her b-day celebration a week early when i took her to see taylor swift!
I had 3 parent teacher confrences today! wow! I feel so blessed...I got 3 good reports!!! Sarah is in preschool and she is doing super, following directions well, her speech is improved so much! Jessica is in 1st grade, shes doing super...no complaints, her teacher said she is the ideal student, no problems to note at all, she even has perfect attendance...I didn't realise she hadnt missed any school!... Gabby is in 5th grade and her teacher had so much more to say...Gabs got a couple of C's and B's on her report card, did great on I-steps except in problem solving. Gabby has the equivalent of 6th grade math skills, and end of 5th grade reading/language skills...all the kids did this math problem in class the other day...
well youll all have to let me know if you could answer the math problem...I couldnt! ha, im not smarter than a fifth grader!
G'night all!
